作为牛津大学科技创新（简称OUI）在中国设立的第一个公司，于2012年底正式注册成立，是长三角地区少有的拥有外资背景的技术转移机构，由 OUI、常州欧克斯投资咨询有限公司、常州市生产力促进中心共同投资建立。公司位于常州的国家大学科技园和海外高层次人才创新创业基地常州科教城内，拥有办公面积 200 平米左右，配置了现代化的基础办公硬件设施及自动化办公网络，拥有专业的服务团队。公司数据库已基本建立，并在工作中不断完善，为内部资源共享与对外宣传提供了快捷的平台。现公司已更名为牛津大学创新技术转移（常州）有限公司，简称OUI常州。

   公司利用牛津大学雄厚研发实力、全球信息网络资源、OUI 成熟运作经验，结合江苏企业与产业发展所需的技术创造、技术更新、升级换代开展商业化的技术转移服务，为常州乃至江苏地区的企业、科技园区、 孵化器、研发机构和政府等提供国际技术转移和创新管理咨询服务, 成为牛津大学与江苏地区企业在技术转移领域沟通联系的纽带。

   As the first technology transfer company in Chinese Mainland of OUI Innovation Limited, Isis Changzhou International Technology Transfer Center Co., Ltd was founded in 2012 by three parties: OUI Innovation (Hong Kong) Limited, Oxtech Investment Consulting (Changzhou) Co.,Ltd and Changzhou Productivity Promotion Centre. It is one rare technology transfer organization that has foreign background in the Yangtze River Delta.Now the company name has been changed to OUI CZ.

   The company is located in Changzhou Science & Education Town, and has about 200m2 of office space, modern office facilities, network and database, and an outstanding professional service team. With the strong R&D of Oxford University and global business network resources, the company carries out commercial technology transfer services for the need of technology creation and technology updates of Jiangsu enterprises; the services include international technology transfer and innovation management consultancy for Changzhou and Jiangsu enterprises, science and technology parks, incubators, research institutions and government. It will be a link for the connection of Oxford University and Jiangsu in technology transfer field.
